TEFAF Maastricht is one of the world’s biggest and most important art fairs. It celebrated its 30th anniversary this year. The fair attracts about 100,000 art lovers from countries around the world every year and it is known for its exclusivity and the high quality of art works for sale there.
Each stand holder goes through a strict selection procedure, which guarantees the authenticity of artworks at the fair. Many representatives from the world’s biggest art museums attend the event, including the Louvre (Paris), Prado (Madrid), the Rijsmuseum (Amsterdam) and the Museum of Fine Arts (Boston).
As you might already have read in our Statig Wonen Magazine, we have been working closely with the main sponsor of this event, AXA Art, since last year. A number of our contacts have already been able to profit from this.
Due in part to this partnership, we were able to offer our clients and contacts a special Statig Wonen/TEFAF package. This included free entry on Thursday 16 March, a warm personal welcome at the AXA Art stand and also a tour of the fair with a renowned art historian. The turnout was fantastic and the event superb.
Our special thanks go out to our host, Paul Seip from AXA Art.
